This policy explains what Artemisia Network collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate accounts and fulfill orders:
- Account data - email address and authentication credentials.
- Guest checkout data - delivery email, receipt ID and item details needed to send purchases and find support records.
- Transaction data - orders, balance top-ups, redemptions and subscription status.
- Technical data - IP address, device and API usage logs used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
Data is used to provision purchases, prevent fraud, enforce rate limits on API keys, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Guest delivery emails are used to send the purchased item and verify receipt ownership during support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Delivery and support logs
Checkout records may include the delivery email, receipt ID, current item details and timestamped support events. These records help us resolve claims that an item was not received or was not delivered as expected.
API keys and logs
When you create an API key we store its scope, rate limit, IP restrictions and expiry. Request metadata is retained for up to 90 days to power usage analytics and abuse detection, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
Data retention
Account and transaction records are retained for as long as your account is active and for any period required by applicable law. Guest checkout records are retained as transaction records so support can verify delivery questions. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@artemisia.network.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
