Artemisia Network ("Artemisia," "we," "us," or "our") operates artemisia.top and related services.

2. Scope

- Artemisia Network accounts;

- security, anti-abuse, and service operations.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
3. Personal information we collect
Account information
When you create or use an account, we may collect your email address, display name or alias, authentication information, account status, and account timestamps.
You do not need to provide your legal name. The name you enter may be a display name or alias.

Session cookies are used only for authentication, security, and account functionality.
Checkout, order, and marketplace information
If you browse, add items to cart, check out, or place an order, we may collect cart contents, order details, receipt identifiers, order status, buyer or delivery email, and related fulfillment information.
Guest checkout may require an email address so that orders can be created, delivered, and looked up.
Payment and wallet information

Secret API key values are shown only when created. You are responsible for storing them securely.

Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, phone numbers, postal addresses, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, sexual orientation, children's personal information, or files uploaded by users unless a future feature is added and this policy is updated.

5. Legal bases for processing

7. No sale or targeted advertising
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use targeted advertising, use advertising SDKs, or disclose user email addresses to data brokers.

9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention depends on the type of information.
- Account information: account email, display name, and account metadata may be kept while your account exists.
- Session and security information: records may be kept as needed for authentication, anti-abuse, diagnostics, accountability, and security.
- Orders and payments: order, payment, refund, invoice, wallet, and transaction records may be retained for order delivery, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal records, payment reconciliation, chargeback or refund review, security, and abuse prevention.
- Reviews, reports, disputes, and support: records may be retained as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights.
- API usage records: usage records may be retained for billing, anti-abuse, diagnostics, reliability, security, legal, and operational purposes.
- Audit records: operational records may be retained to protect system integrity, investigate abuse, and maintain accountability.
- Backups: personal information may remain in backups for a limited period until backups are deleted, overwritten, or rotated. Backup deletion may not happen immediately after account deletion.
Deleting an account may not delete historical order or payment records where retention is necessary.
10. Account deletion and privacy requests
You may request deletion, access, or correction of your personal information by contacting privacy@artemisia.top.
We may ask you to verify control of the account email before processing the request. Deletion may be limited where retention is needed for payment records, order records, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, audit logs, backups, enforcement of terms, or protection of rights.
When deletion is not possible, we may retain, isolate, minimize, or anonymize information where appropriate.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate personal information, request deletion of personal information, request a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, appeal a privacy request decision where required by law, or complain to a privacy regulator.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where applicable, Artemisia Network acts as the controller for personal information collected through artemisia.top, except where we process information on behalf of another party.
