These Terms govern your access to and use of Artemisia Network. By using Artemisia, you agree to use the service lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials and secret access credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Purchases

Prices, availability, descriptions, and delivery expectations may vary by item and are shown during checkout where applicable. An order is accepted only after Artemisia confirms the transaction.

Guest checkout

You may be able to check out without an account. If guest checkout is available, you must provide accurate contact information so Artemisia can deliver the item, provide receipts, and assist with support requests.

Balances and credits

Wallet balances, credits, top-ups, and redemptions are usable only within Artemisia Network unless we state otherwise. They have no cash value, are not bank deposits, and may be subject to limits, expiration, or review where permitted by law.

Recurring access

If a recurring item or subscription is offered, renewal details will be shown before any recurring charge is applied. You are responsible for reviewing the terms of any recurring access before purchasing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Artemisia, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, abuse support or refund processes, violate another person's rights, or use Artemisia for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive activity. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we believe these Terms have been violated or where action is needed to protect users, Artemisia, or the service.

Order issues

If something you purchased is not delivered as described, contact support with enough information for us to review the order. We may request reasonable verification before discussing or changing an order.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the item, transaction status, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. We may deny refunds or restrict accounts where we detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Privacy and security

We design Artemisia with privacy and security in mind. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You agree not to submit unnecessary sensitive information through the service.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of Artemisia at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artemisia Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
