These terms govern your access to and use of Artemisia Network.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Purchases and delivery

Items are provisioned to your account or sent to the delivery email provided during guest checkout. Current pricing, availability and delivery expectations are checked on the server before an order receipt is created.

Guest checkout

You may checkout without logging in, but you must provide a valid delivery email. That email is stored with the receipt so Artemisia Network can send the item, verify support requests and investigate claims that delivery did not arrive.

Balance, top-ups and redemptions

Wallet balance and redeemed credit are stored value usable only within Artemisia Network.

Recurring access

If a recurring item is enabled for your account, renewal details will be shown before any charge is applied.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, abuse, reverse-engineer, or use the service or any API key to disrupt our infrastructure or that of others. We may suspend keys or accounts that exceed rate limits or violate these terms.

Order issues

If something you purchased is not delivered as described, contact support with your receipt ID and delivery email so we can review the order, delivery log and item terms shown at checkout.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artemisia Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
