Checkout, delivery and support

How receipts, delivery emails and order help work across Artemisia Network.

Buying with an account

When you are logged in, checkout uses your account email and keeps the receipt in your dashboard. Your order history is the fastest way to review delivery expectations, open support, or leave a review after delivery is confirmed.

Buying as a guest

You can checkout without logging in. Guest checkout requires a valid delivery email so the item can be sent and so support can find the receipt later. Keep the receipt ID shown after checkout; support may ask for it together with the delivery email.

Delivery records

Each checkout records the receipt ID, current item details, the delivery email, and a timestamped support log entry. These records help us verify what was requested if a delivery question comes up.

If something does not arrive

Contact support with the receipt ID, delivery email, item name, and a short description of what happened. If you checked out from an account, you can also use dashboard support when the order is eligible.

Policy basics

Prices, availability and delivery expectations are checked on the server at checkout. Refund or correction requests are reviewed against the order record, delivery log and item terms shown at the time of purchase.
